Great store until last night went up there not knowing they close at 8 it was 8:03 my son 10 years old open the door for us and a lady employee don't know her name will post when I get it came over and said we are closed with attitude and pulled the door out of my son's hand and locked it. I am very disappointed

Mirzet took great care of us. We needed to switch both our phones. He set up my wife's iPhone before we left and helped me figure out the best way to deal with my busted Galaxy S7. I drove 10 minutes out of my way (we live right next to the South Grand location) to come here and I don't regret it.

I have been going to this location for a long time. I am very disappointed with my last visit there. I was told by Tito( our favorite sale associate) that i could add another line without any charge and nothing would change in my plan and I did so. Also the same day I got a new phone and agreed to make monthly payments as i did with my previous phones. When i got the bill, I was charged 50$ more than usual. I called the costumer service and asked what was the reason of the extra charge and they told me that my plan was changed. I asked to get my previous but I could not because the plan wasn't offered any more. By the costumer service I also learned that I was leasing the phone I thought that would be mine after i was done with the payments. I am very very disappointed from this store and I can not trust the sellers. Everything thanks to Tito.

Tito was awesome at explaining my options and upgrades. I've been to other T-mobile locations but the customer service I received went above what I expected. John & Zack were also extremely helpful. Each gentleman took time to show and explain products and services. Thanks guys!
