Went in yesterday to get game for my daughters that is brand new 19.99 on other sites and console's game store. Game stop had it used for 34.99, I asked if they would adjust their price to reflect the market it is selling for. The lady working said "No, we do not adjust any of our prices". I stated OK, I'm going to walk then and she should no actions in helping out. Maybe if the store was worth stopping in, I would go there more. But she just proved to me, the internet is a better place to buy my daughters game! I will not be going back and will not suggest this place to anyone that has a gaming consoles of any type.

My friend and I went in to buy some old X-box 360 games, my friend is 17 and he was buying them. ( FYI im 18) "but i didnt have my ID". Like a gentleman I was carrying the games for him and handed them to the lady with the bull nose ring at the counter. She asked for a ID I politely told her I didn't have it on me since my friend drove, I had no need to carry it. She then said well you can't buy the games, so I then said well I'm not buying them my friend is I was just carrying them for him. She said since I handed the games to her my friend can't buy them. So we asked for them back so my friend could give them to her to purchase but she rudely refused.  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I thought you were supposed to sell games not take them away.

My son and I love this one! I recently found out they moved the staff around and our favorite 2 people have been moved to another store.  However, still an amazing staff despite the changes.  If they don't have something,  they will always try to find it for you.  They all play the games,  so they are knowledgeable.

Usually very friendly employees but sometimes there's a few that don't really pay attention to customers.  Still the store is clean and I've never had issues picking up preorders or online in-store orders.
