I have been to Bell Jewlers a few times and every time I have gone their staff is incredible and provides the best service. Everyone in there is very friendly and knowledgeable. Some of the best customer service I have had in a long time! I will definitely be returning for ANY of my future jewelry needs! I would recommend Bell Jewlers and their staff to any of my friends and family or just anyone that wants a good jewelry buying experience!

My mom and I had spent a couple of grand in this establishment. The people are not friendly and act uppity unless they think you have a ton of money. My mom ordered some Pandora beads and upon arriving home realized she already had one. She called the store and was told no they hadn't ordered it yet but couldn't give her a refund but only an in store credit. I will not be back.

I had a ring that needed to be down sized and took it to Bell’s. The staff was very helpful and polite. They did an amazing job and I am very pleased with the service I received. I would highly recommend Bell Jewelers to anyone.

My grandmother always shopped at Bell Jewelers when I was little and never went anywhere else. I grew up going myself and shopping there till this day. I love the customer service and the special attention they pay to you when you walk thru that door. Lisa and her staff are AMAZING!
