I’m going to update this review once I know this girl’s name... but onto the constructed review... This will be a multi-staged review. 1) I bought the ring online and got the ring at the store myself, then purchased a warranty alongside of it once I got to the store. Was fine then. 2) Gave my girlfriend the ring and she decides to have it fitted for her, and her & me don’t have much time altogether to go places and do that. So she goes while I’m at college and she gets told by a blonde-haired lady (will get the name soon, going to complain to a upper-level manager about her) that the warranty I PAID $80 FOR wasn’t existent. Instead of her calling me, the person who bought it, looking up my number, nor my email, she just tells her that it’ll be $50. This is all being told when she brought ALL of the paperwork that the company TELLS you to bring in for anything. (Resizing for this case). So Kim, having her little spare time, has to leave and she calls me to tell me... Now for Error #3 from this yet to be mentioned blonde girl AND manager 3) I called 9 TIMES... 9... not even kidding... and they didn’t answer ONCE. From 12:17 - 12:48, nobody answered. Not even to put me on hold, they just cancelled each and every call I made. 4) I called corporate to ask what’s up and told her that I understand accidents happen but this is a lot of money that’s just being thrown down the drain. She told me that she has no idea why they didn’t help her and also mentioned that there’s no reason they should’ve ignored all my calls. So I’m going in there and lighting that girl up. I’ll update this after my confrontation tomorrow morning. (Don’t get a ring from here, go to the mall for a ring. They’re actually kind.)

this place is a joke. kays has horrible customer service all the way to the top. i have been trying to get my wifes wedding ring for alomost 3 months.long story short....dont make a mistake and buy anything from any kays.

My husband's Bulova watch had randomly stopped working after I had only purchased it online less than 6 months ago. We were visiting from out of town and stopped in this store. The saleswoman took the watch to the back and spent 15 minutes banging on it to try to pry it open and damaged it (we didn't notice the damage until after we had left). Once she brings it back to us she then tries to tell us that she needs to send it off for $75 ($75 just to open it, not even fix it!). That didn't sound right to us so we said nevermind, we'd sort it out once we get back home. If that were true, she should have known that before she started banging on it. She then proceeded to try to sell us another watch before we left! So we take the watch to our home store in Destin, FL where they confirmed the damage and asked what store we went to (they were floored at our experience). They special ordered a replacement for us under a "customer service issue" with corporate. After our home store had to clean up this store's mess, I have come to believe they were just trying to make more money off of us.

This place is a joke. Very poor knowledge of jewelry. Bought wife a ring and sent off for sizing. I was called stating ring was ready. We arrived and was told this style ring is not resize able. Really Another situation. Purchased wife a ring. She wore it for 3 days and a diamond fell out. Had it sent off for repair. Picked up ring after repair and diamond was a different color, smaller and didn't match other diamonds. Had it sent off again. Picked up again. Wife wore less than a week and same diamond fell out again. Went to store and demanded a refund. Instead of sales lady working with us she actually was trying to make us upgrade and spend more money. I was like how stupid do you think I am gonna spend more when you can't get what I originally purchased right. Kay jewelry is just a cheap quality place to shop. I will never shop there ever again and advise and hope you will not also. Take my advice and save your troubles. They lost a big yearly spender.

Kay's at the Avenue has a customer for life. We have been dealing with Caleb and he has went above and beyond in customer service.
