Called in Sunday night to get a plumber out due to a water leak. My  husband and I both were told since we didn't not want to pay the outrageous after hours fee, Tuesday morning would work for them to come out. We were told this Sunday and Monday. It was the same pipe they had capped off not even 2 years ago and under warranty. After multiple calls to get an ETA on the plumber I finally got a call at 1545 saying the plumber would be at our house within 30minutes. I had a right to be frustrated and upset since my husband and I were told someone would be at the house Tuesday morning. I was told they don't always meet the customers needs per Monique. BTW Monique also said she was the one in charge of the schedule. The only thing pleasant in the whole situation was the plumber. He fixed the issue free of charge and told us our water pressure was too high  and offered to fix it for nearly 900 dollars. Monique was very rude and unprofessional. I would have been more understanding and less impatient had we not been told Tuesday morning.  I will never use this company nor refer them again. I am glad we have friends that opened their doors to us so we could shower and get water for our three dogs.. I am rating it a one star since I can't go lower. If a company advertises fast response well that is what needs to happen and not after calling several times. I also contact the Better Business Bureau. Word of mouth does damage. Terrible experience.

Poor service. The tech shows up and goes inside to see and trying with my own tools if he can simply unscrew the shower facet which I had explained for the umpteen times that that is the problem I am trying to solve.  Which so called tech goes in to solve a problem without a tool set ? 

Then finally he brings his random tool that are more worn out and unprofessionally kept and then he  struggles to find the right Hex key. And I had to pay a freaking 30 bucks diagnostic fee to diagnose what ? Diagnose that to remove a handle, he will charge me 130 bucks ? That’s ridiculous. I am never using them again. What a Rip off.

The service rep, Walter was very professional, even put on shoe covers to come in.  He was very knowledgable about his work, friendly, quick and very helpful.  GREAT JOB!
