High Priority Plumbing and Services, Inc. is a family owned and operated company. After Paulette and Brian Simpson moved to Conyers for Paulette’s job at Suntrust Bank, she encouraged her husband Brian to open his own plumbing company in 2001. Having been in the plumbing industry for over 25 years, Brian Simpson had a long history of exceptional customer service.

Took a half day off from work to be ready for the 2-5 window. Called at 4:30 to be sure that someone was coming and was assured that they were running behind but were on the way. No one ever showed up or called. 

We called back the next day, a Saturday, and they immediately sent someone to fix our issues. They were extremely apologetic about Friday and I didn’t have to take more time off of work to get our problems fixed. We are very thankful and satisfied with the end result.

When our 20-yr. old water heater started leaking over the holiday week, High Priority showed up to assess the situation. Eric Jenkins was thorough and knowledgeable and explained us the options with new water heaters. We went with a tankless and he and Dakota Bolt did a great job with the installation. At the end of the installation, Dakota gave a detailed walkthrough of the new system and they were both patient with our questions. We are very happy with our experience with High Priority and highly recommend them.

I was having a bad Saturday when I learnt my water pipe has busted again. So I  called and the nice lady at the office squeezed me in. When I tell you these people are angels and God sent. Within 2 hours I got a call from Joe and he was in route. Joe arrived promptly and he was knowledgeable at explaining everything. 
I received great news from Joe and was given a awesome quote. please use this company!! I highly recommend them!!

High Priority was sent through my home warranty company and I was highly impressed by Eric. He explained everything and took the time to answer each of my questions. I would definitely be requesting Eric if and when I reach out to HP again.

One Sunday afternoon in February, 2017 we experienced our second sewer back up in less than a week.  We thought our problems were solved by the first plumber that came out earlier that week, but they weren't.  High Priority Plumbing accepted the job even though it was a Sunday afternoon.  They said the plumber on call was already on a job and didn't know when he would get to us.  At 8:00 pm we gave up on anyone coming!  At my wits end, I said to myself, "God, please help us!"  At 9:45 pm someone was knocking at our door.  I knew it had to be the plumber.  Even though Jared had called my husband's cell phone twice with no answer, he still came to our home.  He did what he could to unclog our sewer line, but also told us that our County Water and Sewer service will come out for emergencies like ours.  We called them immediately and they were at our home in about an hour.  Jared stayed with us the whole time to make sure we were taken care of.  He didn't leave until 1:00 am.  Jared went beyond the call of duty to make sure our needs were met.  Jared is a great person and professional!  We will not use anyone else for our plumbing needs!  We are so grateful to have Jared watching our backs and you will be too!
