Wade (you should ask for him) came to our home to address our laundry pipe that was not draining. He was knowlegable and gave us his professional advice on how to address the issue. He was not in it for a quick fix job, he really cared and wanted to solve the issue and do it right! So thankful for a good plumber I can count on! He even came out 2 days later at 10p at night because there was no water coming out of our faucets. We feared there was a leak. Wade was very responsive and told my husband where the shut off valve was so we could be sure to stop a leak before he got there. Turns out the city of Warner Robins turned off the water for hydrant maintenance with no notice : ( but Wade remained kind and professional (we felt so bad!) even so late at night after what I could only imagine was an exhausting day. thanks for taking care of us wade! Would recommend to anyone!

I had a water line break last Sunday, causing a flood in front of my house.  Being skeptical and worried about high costs on the weekend I called Mr Rooter.  They sent Wade out, who was professional and courteous and had our water restored in no time.  It was priced way below what I expected and Wade Richardson also gave some preventative suggestions    to help prevent further line breaks.  I would definitely use again

This is the first time I've used Mr. Rooter of Middle GA.  Plumber, Chuck Scully, was dispatched promptly and he provided an assessment of the problem along with a quote to fix the leak as promised.  I highly recommend asking for Chuch Scully!

My experience with Mr. Rooter was a pleasant one. They came out the same day I called to give me a free estimate on the work required and they completed the work the next day. The service technician Chris Harvey was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The pricing was very competitive. I liked the senior discount, membership enrollment, the advantage plan and the six year warranty on the work performed.

Chuck and Wade were amazing!!! They arrived promptly and corrected the issue. They were very professional and nice to my family as well as respected my house. Thank you so much!!! The service was over and beyond!!!!
