This bar has amazing service and fantastic drinks. The snacks they give are jelly beans, almonds and something similar to pork rinds. The bartender was very friendly and filled up my water whenever it got low. Everyone is extremely professional here. Trump hires hardworkers. The bar is beautiful and the hotel is stunning. I would recommend getting a drink here. It's an experience and whether you like the president or not, it is cool to get a drink here. Lots of important people stop in here. 5 stars

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Benjamin Bar and Lounge. We brought our 2 month old (she typically just sleeps and rarely cries). I was nervous going to such an upscale place with our baby and they went over the top to accommodate us. We did not stay at the hotel and they treated us as if they were. From the bell man helping us with our stroller to the manager stopping by and our super sweet waitress, Tara. We hope to stay at the hotel next time, service was top notch!

Benjamin's Bar and Lounge
We had high expectations for this restaurant since it was inside the Trump Hotel as well as us had eaten in the BLT restaurant in previous occassions and both Hotel and BLT were top notch.  We were in for a surprise.  We were there just for some appetizers, dessert and coffee.  It started with them getting a simple decaf American coffee order wrong.  They kept bringing espresso coffee as decaf American coffee.  It's like if they just thought we were idiots, we were not off to a good start.  The waiter was supposed to bring a cart with different types of cheeses so we can choose one, never happened kept on waiting. They did bring us the two desserts we ordered and that was about the only thing they got right.  We never got our water replenished and when we felt we had enough we asked for the check, that was also a challenge as our waiter disappeared, we had to asked the hostess for it.  Disappointing experience.

Incredible bar, gorgeous atmosphere.  Drinks are a little pricey but what you’d expect from a bar within a luxury hotel.  Ignore the bad reviews, they are just troll accounts angry the “Trump” name is on the building.

The atmosphere is perfection. Benjamin bar is very classy, with a lot of different style seats all spread out (all very cozy!). I love the giant American Flag hanging abover the bar. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The drinks are fabulous as well.
