A very nice place in downtown DC. Great happy hour with a rotating and wonderfully curated selection of beers and very tasty food. I've been seated as well as enjoyed time at the bar and have always experience friendly service. Definitely worth the trip just a couple short blocks away from the Metro Center.

Cap City Brewery is a great sports-bar and restaurant. Don't go expecting a quiet meal! This place is usually bustling with activity, but fortunately they usually don't have a long wait. The food is good; I personally recommend the pizza. They bring out soft pretzels as a starter, which is nice. There are plenty of drinks on tap. Not too far a walk from the Capital One Center (formerly Verizon Center), this can be a great place for a pregame meal if you don't want to fight the crowds around the arena.

I loved it. The food is really good. Even the bartender ask you at the bar if you have any allergies. Plus they even check IDs at the bar. Even if your not drinking alcohol. Which is good too. Even their brunch is good too. And it's worth the price.

They brew there own beer here and for the size of this place, I thought there would be more selections of beer, though the beer I tried was good. Also ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and I would not recommend getting it. The sandwich lacked flavor. The service was pretty good and this place appeared to be touristy.

Free pretzels with house made horseradish mustard! Great beer and half priced apps! Old bay capital wings with hot sauce is a must! Great company around the bar! Glad I stopped in. Made a Canadian feel at home.
