We called after hours on one of the coldest days of the year.  Adam called  us within a short period of our call and gave us his timetable to get to us and then was at our house within few hours.  He was very courteous and was able to diagnose the problem and we were up and running with heat again pretty quickly.   Received a follow up call a few days later just to make sure we were happy with the service.  They are the best!

Talking about coming through when my family needed it most.  Can't thank Schneller Air enough.  Our furnace went out on New Years Eve night at about 7:00P.  After trying to fix it myself, I finally called Schneller at about 11P.  Within a few minutes Ryan called me back, gave me the rundown on when we could expect him...which wouldn't be for a few hours as he was jammed with other emergencies.  I was completely good with his timeline and very impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism and the way he communicated.  Bottom line ... Ryan kept me updated throughout the night on when we could expect him.  By morning, the furnace was fixed and my wife and kids woke up to a warm house.  Couldn't have been more impressed with Schneller and more specifically Ryan.  Grateful.  Thank you thank you.  Highly recommend.

Schneller’s team is reliable and respectful in my home. They always give me a heads up when something is starting to wear out, with no pressure to replace anything earlier than needed. They arrive on time and communicate with me several times regarding confirming the appointment and giving me a call before they arrive. They also explain what they have done carefully and in a manner I understand.

I love Schneller.  We have relied on them for years and have installed 
HVAC systems at two homes.  Recently we needed a new disposal and once again contacted their office and were pleasantly surprised at an early appointment date.  The plumber was on time and wore his booties as they always do, replaced  the unit and then presented us with an unexpected bill of over $500.00!  Ouch.
