First of all My daughter Willa Called Roto Rooter to come out to unclog the kitchen sink. My first response was they are too expensive. I started talking to Matt who assured me that it was well worth the price, with the 6 months warranty and all. He also offered a product  to keep my drains cleaned. I really appreciated it and he was very friendly and we talked about our animals. He Cleared the drain which made me feel so much better. I think the most I got out of his visit was information to help me keep the drain clear from build up which was mostly caused my soap. I appreciated his advice and will recommend The services to my neighbors and friends.. Thank You

Kudos to Marwan for coming to our aid this morning. He was extremely professional, prompt and thorough. He examined the issue, completed the job quickly and provided a detailed explanation of the root cause. It's not often that you find such good service. Thank you!

Leslie did a great job. I had a main drain that was clogged and had called a couple of different places on Saturday. One didn't show up and the other said they didn't have any appointments available. Roto-Rooter said they would be out in a few hours. They kept me updated when their person would get there. I had a very difficult clog and Leslie never gave up on it until it was cleared.

Called Rotorooter and explained my problem.  When the man came he was not equipped to fix the entire problem.  He was very nice and explained that he was only able to clear the drain but could not fix the strainer in the sink.  He explained this to his dispatcher and left.  I called back and was promised a plumber the next day at 2 pm in the afternoon.  I waited until 2:15 pm and called dispatch.  I was told that it was actually a window of 2-4 pm.  I waited until 4:15 and called dispatch.  They said the next available plumber would be sent to my home.  Finally received a call that a plumber would be at my home in 30 to 45 minutes.  He arrived a little after 5 pm.  Over three hours later that what I was promised.  When   Matt #2719 arrived he was very friendly and personable.  He knew his job and did it well.  It took him a little over an hour to complete his job and explain everything to me.  The man who did the work was very good.  The office staff leave a very bad taste in your mouth.  I would highly recommend either one of the two men who came to my home to do the work.  The office staff is very poor.  The office staff I wouldn't even give a Star.  The workers deserve a five star rating.

Mike was great! I first called around 1 PM. By 2, someone came out to assess the issue, by 4, a team was here to fix it, and by 7 they were done! Excellent service and we appreciate the 6-month warranty.
