I had an appointment first thing in the morning but they showed up at lunch time.  Then they skimped on the work to get an 8 hour job done in 4 hours.  Quality of work was OK, but I didn't get everything done they agreed to do.  They left without checking in with me so I couldn't get it resolved while they were still there.  I only had a verbal quote, but they agreed they were supposed to do more.  I asked for a partial refund instead of finishing the job which they did.  I ended up getting what I paid for, but prefer getting was I asked for.

The bad news, sewage line broken.  This is going to be expensive! Five plumbing contractors visited and bid the job.  One tried to freak me out telling me I had a sink hole forming under my porch.  I send Doug Campbell a video of the pipe, and a few photos of the basement and yard.  He proposed the pipe bursting technique to save me from tearing out my porch and sidewalk, and provided the lowest bid.  Austin, Chris and Kevin came out and knocked out the work in a couple of hours.  These guys saved me thousands and did great work.

Excellent service, very trustworthy and professional.  I called them out after a Roto Rooter visit. RR tried to clean the clog and was unsuccessful and charged me anyway. Said I needed to dig up the yard. I then called Ken Neyer for a second opinion, they came out tried multiple tools and cleared the clog - awesome!  And was cheaper than the competitor "no fix" service.  I definitely have a plumber of choice - it's Ken Neyer Plumbing. Thanks guys!

Corey & Kyle arrived on time (a few minutes early!) to install my water heater, were very polite & professional,    and left the area clean. I've had several good experiences with Ken Neyer Plumbing and definitely recommend.
