I had a great car buying experience at Berglund Chevrolet!  Tom Lacey was a great salesman to work with.  I never felt pressured or pushed into buying.  The words "what can we do to get you in this car today?" never came out of his mouth, which I greatly appreciated.  The General Manager, Robbie Brookschier, was extremely helpful and added very valuable advice and wisdom to keep me in budget.  The sales team were very attentive and on point.  The only semi-negative thing I could say is that the process was a little long, however, it was quite a busy day that day.  This team seemed to work well together, shared the responsibilities, and multi-tasked like a BOSS!  Very much of an organized ciaos meets well oiled machine.  If the sales team is this great, I look forward to seeing how the shop/maintenance team pans out.  Keep up the good work Berglund! - Andrea

I have a Chevy Volt. I have to take it to a dealer to keep the warranty. It took over two hours to get a simple oil change. I do not know what the problem was, but I can tell you that when I asked about it over a hour later they said it was not in the building. I had two small children with me and trying to manage two small kids for 2 hours was not awesome.  The waiting area is not up to standards either. The kids toys in there were filthy and I found spider webs in corners where my kids were trying to play. If I can I am going to try to avoid using them again.

If I could rate half a Star I would. 
The salesman A.J was very nice.
The dealership was very close mouthed about the trade in we had then after making us wait for 2 hours, told us the number.
It was an insult. The number was so low they might as well have asked us to give it to them for free.
When we said "No deal" they just shook our hand and sent us on our way. Did not seem to really care about making the sale. I am not sure if they low balled us to give the salesman a hard time or because they just didn't feel like working. We will never deal with Berglund Chevrolet again.
We went right over to Magic City Ford and they gave us a great deal on a brand new Escape. No b.s. and no insulting offers.

I was very impressed by the high level of customer service I received from Howard Helton, Matt Kirkpatrick, Susan Wheeler, and David Chewning.  There was no aspect of my servicing and repair visit that could have been handled better than it was.  I was particularly pleased that the time I had to wait during my next-day appointment (parts had to be ordered) was considerably less than what Mr. Chewning had suggested the day before; he said it would probably take around three hours and it actually took slightly under two!  Also, the facility in general is attractive and the customer waiting area very spacious and comfortable.  I will be back for my future servicing needs!
