Alex at Haley was the most helpful person I have ever done business with. He got me a great deal on my new car and made sure I was happy with everything. He didn't pressure me into anything and was not pushy at all. I think this dealership is the best hands down. I recently traveled from GA to work with Alex again. I would recommend this dealership any day.

Great people and great selection. They will also work with you on the price. The guy that is the sales manager is extremely nice and willing to help anyone he can I noticed. I would definitely recommend these people and buy from them.

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD !!!!!!! Would give-20 stars if I could ! Beware of anything they say because it's all a lie from warranty to the condition of the vehicle! Absolute worst ! Had a small noise when I purchased the car took it back several times they said it was normal . Had the car looked at on my own come to find out car needed a timing chain! Told the sales person about the dry rotted tires that was making a roaring sound before purchasing they said they would take care of it. Came back in and was told that even tho the tires were dry rotted and roaring they were fine....who wants a new car with bad tires! Then the final straw I purchased a 2 year bumper to bumper extended warranty so I was told by Eric bondurant  for a extra $3000 .....check engine light come on one morning took the car back and told them I had a warranty to get it fixed. They called the next day and says the warranty does not cover what needed to be fixed which was the throttle body but if it was bumper 2 bumper like I was told it should have covered everything! Had 2 pay $450 out of pocket for repairs with the warranty! Haven't had the car but 10 months and had to trade it in already which in the long run cost me more money but it's worth the piece of mind for a decent dependable ride with a great warranty! And to make it so bad I know Eric personally and they did this to me so imagine what they will do to you.......BEWARE!!!!!!! The car had only 52000 miles on it at purchase!

If there was a negative 5 star that is what I would give!!!! Charged me twice to check my car out to find why it would not start. Could not find the cause for the battery going dead after I paid them to twice!! A few days later, I had an auto parts store do a test (FOR FREE) and found out my alternator was no good. After having that replaced they found a large crack in the battery and all the acid had leaked out!! No wonder my FORD wouldn't start!! Oh, in case you don't know, Haley is a FORD DEALERSHIP!! Yep, and I paid twice to have them find the problem but they couldn't find problems that obvious with a simple test offered for FREE AT MOST AUTO PARTS STORES!!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT HALEY!!! Now my car runs perfect, after taking it to Pep Boys, who are not FORD SPECIALIST!! Pretty bad that they knew more than a FORD DEALERSHIP!! But good for Pep Boys😉.

Best experience at a dealership I have ever had. Alex helped us find the perfect car and wouldn't stop until it was exactly what we wanted. I won't go anywhere else to buy a car in the future.
