Yesterday was my first time going to a dealership and choosing to finance a car. I can tell you I was worried. Right as I pulled in to Steven Toyota I got a warm welcome at the entrance by Johnny. He helped me find the perfect car for me. He then got everything taken care of including trading in my old car. I was then helped by Logan with financing my car. He helped explain everything and made sure to let me know every option I had with financing my vehicle. I left very happy. Johnny and Logan made it an easy and amazing experience.

I have been going to Steven Toyota for about 5 years now. From the first time I stepped in the door to purchase a vehicle until now, I always feel like I am in good hands. I know absolutely nothing about cars or the necessary services needed, but Steven Toyota is always on top of reminding me when it's time to come in. I love the service center. It is comfortable and I have never had to wait a long time for routine maintenance. Both sales and service are always more than welcoming, and that means a lot to me. I live about 45 minutes from Steven Toyota and there is actually a Toyota dealership much closer to where I live, but the short drive is more than worth it to me.

I myself have not purchased a vehicle from Steven Toyota (as of 11/24/17) but I have serviced my 2003 Toyota Echo with 310k miles on it here since 2013 and it has been a pleasure.  It's a dealership and you need to be vigilant to make sure they don't nickle and dime you, but that's to be expected.  Just make sure your service rep knows what you want and what you're willing to put down and (service-wise at least) they'll be true to their word.  I've worked with multiple service reps over the years and my most recent service was the best experience yet.  I highly recommend asking for Al Hanson - he will ensure the job gets done with the parts you want on the budget you need.  Friendly, sincere and a hard worker.  Recommended!

I love Steven Toyota service department. They're people are very friendly and helpful explaining every step of your service. The waiting room is comfortable with free coffee and tea. I've been taking my cars to them for the last few years and will continue to. I have also purchased my last two vehicles from them and would recommend Steven Toyota to everyone I know.

So pleased with my 2011 Honda Pilot.  Johnathan did a great job  helping us with every detail.  When we found a small area that needed to be addressed it was handled quickly and and we were very pleased with  the result.  We would certainly recommend this dealership.  Good experience!
