I've called multiple times to inquire about the warranty I purchased with my car and I have been transferred to someone who clearly isn't at their desk. Any follow up calls have sent me automatically back to the same person. So I call from my Google Voice number and sure enough I got the operator who transferred me to the same person. Exceptional service my ass. I have a simple set of questions and I can't get hold of a single person to answer them and they apparently send repeat callers to the prior location without even so much as a peep.

Edit:  had to drive there just to speak with someone to answer my simple questions. They were nice and pleasant to my face which was nice and the guy in the service department was very helpful in explaining what was likely wrong with my car.

This said, they need to improve their customer service when it comes to folks calling in for simple questions. Had to take time out of my day to drive over there to have a 5 minute conversation.

Edit2: The GM by the name of Mike called and apologized for the lack of customer service.

Very detail oriented. Explained what was recommended and gave options. No pressure.

I came in looking for a vehicle under a certain price range, we took a 30 minute really sketchy test drive. When we got back into the room with the salesperson, he didn't disclose any of the papers I was about to sign until I asked questions about them. The guy wouldn't let me or my friend leave and kept researching different things about the car I really wanted and kept talking down about the actual car I wanted. Unprofessional, didn't give me back my car keys until I was about to leave and tried pressured me into buying me a car that I didn't want. Definitely NOT coming back here ever again.

First place I go when I want to purchase a car. Trust Eric H. in Service Dept., & is  one of the main reasons I return again and again to First Team.
