The service representative (Will) was very helpful and courteous.  He not only got me schedule for the oil change and tire rotation I wanted for my Silverado, but he only let me know of other scheduled services which were need for this vehicle.  We scheduled a separate appointment for the other servicing and based on the amount of time this servicing will take, he will try to provide me with a loaner vehicle....this is what I call 'service'.

I went in to get a oil change at  around 12/12:30 was dropped off at Walmart by shuttle. It took them a hour to send a shuttle to pick me up. Then i was taken 20 to 30 minutes away from Woodall by the shuttle bc they had to take someone else home. Was late picking my son up and had to cancel reschedule his appt. Don't go there unless u have nothing else to do unless u got all day to wait on them. Never again, unless I have nothing but time on my hands.

Robert Woodall in Danville is awful! They take your money and don't even diagnose the problem correctly! Would be better off taking your car to a side shop to get better quality of service and on top of that they act like they can't give you a loaner car! DON'T TAKE TOUR CAR HERE!
