Very friendly people, Star in the service department already knows me by name and she knows I'm very particular about how I like my car to be treated. They always give a complimentary car wash, so my car comes back looking beautiful. They also put tire shine on my tires, so my car looks amazing. They pay a lot of attention to detail, and I like that. 
Also, their waiting room is incredible, always food and water and coffee available. Very comfortable place to wait.

Darryl went above and beyond for me throughout the whole process of buying my new car. He's incredibly patient and very trustworthy. I will definitely be back to work Darryl with any future vehicle purchases!

Went in to Bert Smith Subaru with an old beater as a down payment, and the staff was more than generous with the time and effort that they put into making sure my needs were met. As a first time buyer, they really eased my mind during the whole process. Charles put in extra effort to make sure that the monthly payment I got fit within my needs. Mike, who sold me the car, made sure that the cosmetics and the detailing that were still needed were signed on so that I would be able to return to the dealership and have the car taken care of. All in all, it was an excellent experience, and I'll be returning in the future for sure.

One star over rating and only cause they have nice cars on lot. First to start off is I knew more than Sales Lady. Second is no matter what info you divulge they continue to play sales game. Sales MGR thinks their the best and being 40+ vehicles behind in sales this month they continue insulting me and fathers intelligence . Someone will get our 15k down . Get who's NOT.

Just picked up a 2013 Vw Gti from this place about 2 weeks ago I am very happy. I had my 3 year old with me they were very  commentating to my little with  snacks and water for the little one. I just moved here from Denver to South Pasadena have to say the best car buying experieance I have ever had. If you are looking for a new or used car ask to see Jared he will hook u up with a great deal and NO pushy car sales BS. Once again thank u Bert Smith....
