Just got my husband's screen replaced, and everything about the transaction was great! It was quick and affordable, and the gentleman who helped us was friendly. We will come back, if we ever need another phone serviced.

My phone was working just fine when I took it in. Had a cracked screen on the front and back. They "fixed it" and then all of a sudden my service stopped working. Didn't have a phone the whole night and morning. Went in again. They said they didnt find anything but went ahead and reconnected all the wires. As soon as I left. My service went off again. Took it back, said they would check it out. I don't live close. Everytime they checked it out it took an hour and a half.  I live 45 mins away, only came here because the reviews were good and they say it takes 30 mins to repair is all. Well they didnt find anything for the 2nd time said they reset network settings. Get home. My service works for the most part.  Just cuts off calls randomly or won't let me call out every other call... well. My back screen was lifted up and not glues down. Took it in for the 3rd day in a row. They said they can't do anything besides reheat it and push it down. They did so. There was glue all over the side of my phone. 4 weeks later... the whole back of my phone came off. I left to go back to school so I can't take it back. This is rediculius. I would have put up with a cracked screen if I would have known it would cost me that much, plus no phone service, plus the time and gas money driving over there 3 times, AND having to go somewhere to pay to get the back on it again. DON'T GO HERE. YOU'LL END UP HAVING TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ANYWAYS !!!!!

I brought our iPad to Neil to possibly replace the battery after another vendor had replaced a cracked screen and LCD display.  After that repair, the device would not charge and they had no warranty for the repair.  Neil agreed to look at the iPad.  He called me the following day stating he had found a loose screw on the Mother Board that was not making contact to allow the proper charging to occur.  He had it fully charged that day and working like new.  Kudos to this business.  Keep up the good work!!!
