What a great experience! We were immediately greeted at the door. Marrissa listened attentively to what we were looking to do and went to task reviewing options with us.  In our situation we had sent my son’s iPhone 7 off to Apple. They could not fix it so they sent us a replacement phone. Unfortunately the sim card needed to be replaced. My son was due for an upgrade and so was I. Within a matter of 30 minutes my son upgraded to an iPhone x and I decided to upgrade from my iPhone 6 plus to my son’s iPhone 7.  Got the accessory package for the iPhone x and some screen protectors. Marrissa went out of her way to make sure we got exactly what we needed. What a fantastic experience!  If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars I would! After reading reviews of Sprint stores we chose to drive a little farther to go to this store. We were not disappointed and will visit this store in the future when needed! Thank you Sprint for excellent customer service!!

This store has really fell behind. If you are not in with new lines or buying tons of accessories it is a very dreary place. Used to be a ton of fun but the staff seems tired and wishes they weren’t there. I love Sprint service and the price is amazing. But this store has really became meh...

Excellent staff, very knowledgeable on their products. They have a huge inventory, and provided the best customer service experience. Definitely would recommend.

Their staff can be rude at times. We went in to get an upgrade and the staff member who helped us was hinting at racism, as one of the people I was with was from England.

The store employees were quick to take my money to buy my phone, but after waiting about 20 minutes for tech help I left with no tech assistance.
