Got the “ top of the line” sapphire glass screen protector. Went to Verizon today about 4 months later (due to excessive scratches from my thumb) and the $50 I spent on this item to be installed at Best Buy by Geek Squad behind closed doors got replaced with a cheep plastic protector that won’t break no matter what I do to it. Notice the bend marks.

I am a Best Buy Elite member and rarely have problems, until today. I purchased a defective item that was over $3k and they charged me a %15 re-stocking fee to return. Leaving this as a review as a first step and warning to everyone else before I pursue litigation.

No wonder nobody shops there anymore.  Bought a Xbox One there last night, spent over 300 bucks and they double charged my account.  Called this morning and they said they dont show it and to call my bank. They were not helpful at all.  Never shopping with them again. I would give zero stars if i could.

Clean. Open and wide floor plan. Employees don't hover/pester which might be a negative for some, but is a positive for me.
