We spent almost $800 on a new washer just to find out that the machine was out of stock after we paid for it. The store Manager promised to contact us when the machine was in stock and ready to deliver. After many attempts to get updated information on the purchase we called their shipping warehouse directly. We found out that the item had been in stock and they scheduled delivery. We have been very loyal to this retailer over the past 4 years. Very disappointed with this location and the staff.

I purchased over $5000 dollars worth of appliances from this store. They messed my order up on the day of pickup so I have been without a stove for 2 weeks. They attempted to deliver my stove 5 days ago but broke the door in the delivery truck. A new one was to be delivered yesterday and I paid someone to be at my house for the delivery. HHgregg never called me or showed up. Now they have rescheduled me for a delivery tomorrow without any choice of time. Am I supposed to just take off work at a whim whenever they decide to deliver my stove?  Use Lowe's to get your appliances because they price match. At least Lowe's delivers consistently.

worst experience ever....I hear the store is closing and after my dealing with them I am not surprised. Lowes.....number one in everything.....I wish I could give the rating a minus trillion....stars.........Never walk in that store...run....run...as fast away from that place.......Go Lowes........

Very unprofessional we bought a recliner from  there and instead of delivering it to our house they delivered it somewhere else. On top of that they just stuck it in the back of a pickup truck. They decided to go afterwards and then called us to tell us they delivered it.
