Worst customer service! I ordered a washer and dryer. They told me it may not be ready on the day they said. I was fine with because they said they would call and tell me. So it came to delivery day it snowed so they called to postpone. I reschedule for the following Saturday. The next day my husband said he would take a day off to get it in. I called to reschedule. The day of delivery I never got a call. Come to find out the washer and dryer wouldn't be ready until mid feburary when I ordered in mid December. I went into the store. There was nothing they could do. I was so upset. I cancelled my order three days later and got a refund. They didn't try to keep as customer. They said nothing when I asked for the refund. Never order anything from here.

Great customer service and better prices and financing options than the competition if you hit the right sales. The managers are quick to help as well. Go see Kevin or Mark next time you want anything for your home theater!

Totally bad customer service, except the salesperson Mark. Mark took his time, explained everything. I ordered a fridge and washer/dryer combo. Took them 8 days to deliver it. Looks like technicians came and leveled the washer/dryer and left. Few days later, when new technicians arrived they said both units had to be replaced. The dryer I purchased was a floor model, it had a bad drum. So bad that it would kick the walls as soon as it's turned on. When I called the office, not a single apology, no attempts to make it up, no complimentary upgrade to a new unit. (It's 100 bucks of difference). Never buying anything from them again. !!!

I purchased a dishwasher that was on sale the salesman had no concept of why it would not fit in my kitchen. I discovered this when the English as a second language installers came to put it in three weeks later I had a working Whirlpool dishwasher.
