Every time I been there the sales people have always been helpful and polite. I like that they are eager to help you. I like that they come up to you to help. A lot a places you have to hunt down the sales people.

Found great deals on a fridge, washer, and dryer  as well as 0% financing. Delivery was prompt and professional. We had a small issue with the freezer and they had a tech out the next business day. We're very satisfied and highly recommend them.

When they first opened, they were pretty good. Within the last few years they have become the worst. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I asked the manager at the Huguenot location if that "$2500." was the best price he could offer? He got angry and asked me "if he went to Walmart and asked, would they give him free Chicken?" Wow. Do not buy their extended warranties, you will save yourself an embolism, 2 coronaries, 3 strokes and a heart a attack.

I had purchased a tv at this location a few months ago and they forgot to honor a promotion for Samsung which was a free movie streaming device w purchase. I went back to the store a week later after realizing, and I'll admit I did have to make a few trips to get the job done but they did end up honoring the promotion and each time I walked into the store, I was treated with respect and patience. I did have to waste quite a bit of gas driving back and forth and make a few phone calls but it wasn't the worst customer service experience of my life....In general, customer service has really gone down hill....and they atleast gave it some effort to help resolve any issues I had. 3 stars
