I'm one to typically purchase things through online retailers (like Amazon), but this Best Buy is honestly one of the best locations I've ever been to. The customer service here has always been great (in my experience) and they price match, which is fantastic if you need something immediately. I've shopped for a variety of items - home electronics, gaming, appliances... and someone is always there to answer any questions I have. The store is clean and all interactions I've had have been friendly. We had a washer/dryer combo delivered to our house (ordered at this location) and the delivery team was even professional and accommodating. If I could give this location more than 5 stars, I really would.

Just got some great new toys. But if your really looking for someone who knows allot about computers and phone try another store. Everyone at best buy may beable to sell you TV but is that what you went there for? Best Buy is going back to selling appliances, so it looks like commercial Pop is off the shelves again.

The one thing that stood out to me at this Best Buy was they had a discount CD bin where they had new CDs from all eras and levels of popularity at heavily discounted rates... maybe this is a new thing? I had not seen it at other locations. Otherwise, it is somewhat bare around the edges of the store, but has all the things you expect. The parking is ample, but its entrance is kind of awkward near a stop light and on ramp. The hours are fine, and the staff is a bit predatory (but this is standard at Best Buys now, ugh.) But seriously, check out the CD bin for those who still play media that way... MJ's "Bad" for 5 bucks!

Cyrus was fantastic and very patient with us. We had kids setting off camera alarms and a hard time deciding which camera to buy, but he got us all fixed up. Besides the excellent customer service from Cyrus in cameras and Jimmy at customer service, the store was  also well stocked and clean.

Although overpriced compared to online prices,  I like going here to look at items before I purchase them from amazon or whatever. And sometimes you can find some good clearance deals. This particular location is very friendly, and the staff don't ask you if you need help every 5 seconds like some other Best Buys. :) pretty good experience, worth the visit.
