Story

We are a specialty retailer currently operating more than 90 retail locations in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. We feature a wide range of products from home electronics, appliances and computers, to furniture, mattresses, and smartphones.

We sell home appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers and ranges, and a variety of consumer electronics, including LCD, LED, 4K, 3D and Ultra HD televisions, tablets, computers and computer accessories, Blu-ray and DVD players, and home theater products. We also sell furniture and mattresses, including furniture and related accessories for the living room, dining room and bedroom, as well as both traditional and specialty mattresses. We continue to introduce additional product categories for the home to help respond to our customers' product needs.

I love the stuff we bought here but i have had the worst experience dealing with the people that works here. What a bunch of unprofessional monkeys! We purchased over $8,000 worth of things. Our washer and dryer got delivered back in February with a missing rack for the dryer. I called every 3 weeks - talked to managers and other staff, and they all took a message promising resolution. I finally got to talk to the salesman (Mark - big guy, you won't miss him), he states that it has been ordered and will call us the moment it gets there, and even offered to drop it off at our house. Is is now end of July, have not heard from any of them. I called and finally spoke to Mark... oh! he has the dryer rack but didn't bother to call. He claims he never got my messages and totally unapologetic about the whole thing... the nerve of him! People - bring your business somewhere else! When you spend your hard earned money, you always expect to also ALWAYS receive great customer service!

Very upset with this location. Purchased over 3 thousand dollars worth of products, and was told it was an installment loan. Received a credit notice saying it was a credit card purchase. Store claims they are trying to resolve the situation but there is nothing they can do. Will never purchase from this store again. They do not care about their customer at all. They only care about the money in their pocket. Contacting the better business bureau in regards to wrongfully opening a credit account in my name.

Worst experience ever!! Was lied by a sales associate that we had 12 months of free interest and we ended up paying all the intrest , We tried to go back to tell the managers that the guy lied to us and the managers responce was that he no longer works there becuase he was not doing his job right ?? We ended up paying 5,000$ for some cheap couches that cost not even 2,000 Will never go back in here and will always reccomend my friends and family elsewhere! Worst plave to shop for furniture!

I love my furniture but I've have problems with it a bolt was missing from the recliner and muffs that service guy used magic marker to cover now my sofa got damage to it, They Service Dept a Joke!!! I've got nothing but run around from their service dept. Carly & Nancy are the same person when ask to speak to a supervisor, i hear people laughing in the background while on the phone. The Service guy said that he had to wait on a part that was needed to fix my furniture but the service dept said no by looking at the photo's really. Return furniture is like a car getting repossessed if they sell it you paid the difference. They are the Name Conn's. So buy at Your Risk. I will be contacting THE BBB AS WELL AND THE TO THE NEW FOT THE CONN'S.

My family and I were looking for a new computer and visited your store for the first time. I'm so happy we did. The employee who helped us and the manager was top notch. They were very helpful. From now on will only be shopping in your store.
