The focus on making the customer happy is more than reached. Payment plans for both repair and purchase is available and reasonable. Selection of vintage music and other vintage electronic equipment has been well thought out to make attractive good selection choices at all levels of brand make and pricing. Also the knowledge of the owners specialty is well above any similar shop i know of, and any and all questions will be answered to your request. The experience as a consumer of such products makes it a place that one would be more than likely to continue and return again to do business with again and again. A walk thru is like going into more than shop but little like a museum. You are guaranteed your repair will be done with proficient handwork and would more than surely recommend their skills to a friend or relative.

This place is awesome. I bought a 1975 stereo that sounds absolutely amazing. A great selection of used vinyl, and the gentleman helping me was very attentive and helpful. I would definitely recommend stopping in.

Brought my receiver in for the tech to look at for possible repair. When I called they quoted a $30 deposit when I arrived, it was a $40 deposit. Told me I'd have a call within 2 - 3 days, it's been 10 days and not a word.  Customer service is really lacking, guy at the counter seemed completely bothered by the fact that I was there.  Hopefully, they will call today and let me know what is going on with my equipment or I will pick it up and refuse the charge on my CC for the $40.
