I bought a product on the recommendation of a rep that did not fit the model I clearly specified. 

Not knowing exactly what I wanted, I went to this location to explore some options for an accessory to my apple product. It took some time to get assistance but I don't mind so much so I could try out the devices at the apple bar. As a bit of a side note, if I owned this apple bar, I would be deeply embarrassed. The device table was cluttered, the cables were tangled with exposed wiring, and widgets on the table were inoperable (specifically an apple pen that I thought might be cool to try). Once the representative was available I asked about a two different options for an apple accessory. In the middle of one minute of helping, the rep repeatedly radioed for assistance on other items and addressed other customers. Rep then recommended an option that, upon getting home did not fit my product model. I could have done more investigating before purchasing but I am not and should not have to be the expert. I don't want retail to go away but the reasons people go to these locations at all anymore is to 1. explore their options because they don't know exactly what they want 2. have their item right away. If retail cannot be amazing at the former, being the expert in helping customers explore their options, establishments like best buy will not survive. If people are forced to be the experts, Amazon will unequivocally have exactly what they want and at better prices if you're willing to wait a couple days. 

To their credit, the return process was normal and painless so they do get two stars.

Only ever ran into a hurdle here and there at this location. Don't always have what you want in stock but are always willing to help you get it. Great experience with the car audio department, instillation looked great and they worked with my custom request. The sales individuals at this location don't seem to be as pushy as other best buy locations I've been to and I really appreciate that, almost feels like harassment at other locations.

Asked about a deal I found online on the Best Buy website and no employee knew what I talked about, even after I brought the page up with all the information. Friendly but not helpful. They did the bare minimum.

Best customer service ever. I had an Apple Watch battery explode which was faulty manufacturing by Apple not Best Buy. Apple was being a pain in the @$$ to work with and even turned me away multiple times while telling me my watch was hazardous. Best Buy on the other hand kept trying to lead me in the right direction of options on how to deal with Apple. I spoke with many reps from Best Buy who were amazing, but Andrew Cromar really went above and beyond. Very grateful and will recommend Best Buy for their customer service

Best Buy is never the best buy. You could always do better by shopping on Amazon. At the very least, make sure to price match them. They overcharge for literally everything in the store.
