I have been here 4+ times in an effort to have support for my Apple products. Each time I left unsatisfied. They simply do not have the resources to have the inventory or selection to make it worth your while. Their employees are fine, they are stretched more thin in general that I like so I had to wait each time I came in but their biggest weakness comes from not actually being Apple employees. They do seem to have the technical knowledge they need though so that is a plus. To be fair, I have to wait every time I go to the Apple store, but if I've made an appointment in advance I know that I'll leave with my issue resolved. If I were going to Simply Mac to purchase my first apple computer product I would feel reasonably safe that I could get something and reasonable advice. I have not price checked them to Apple. I expect that they will have more refurbished selections and discontinued items available. for better or worse

Do not go here for any apple warrenties or repairs. Took my phone in with a charging issue. They said it would be 5-7 days. Called them up a week later and they had no idea what was going with the repair, only that Apple has it. Called apple and they barely received it. Now I am out of a phone for 3 weeks, and have to go buy a new phone for work.

I called four times, and nobody picks up the phone. I went to the store, and a guy approached me fast and started helping me. I described my issue, but he wasn't sure of hearing the problem in my MBP before. He asked a supervisor, and this guy was the worst. He didn't listen to my issue he just assumed that it would need a full diagnostic check. He made it clear that just to run the diagnostic I have to leave my computer in the store and the waiting time to get it back will be seven days IF the others computers in the queue were easy fixes. I ask if I could schedule an appointment to bring my computer the day that they could run the diagnostic test, he says no we can't do that. He didn't listen to my problem. He did not provide any other solutions. Maybe I got frustrated not because of the dumb process of leaving your computer in for seven days for them to just run the diagnostic test, but because of the attitude of the "supervisor."

Terrible service. Waste of my time going to this store. I wanted to ask about the Apple iphone battery replacement program. It appeared that everyone was busy with other customers when I walked in the store so I waited about five minutes before someone acted interested in me being there. I told him what I needed and he tried to talk me out of the phone needing a new battery but I insisted. He then told me that I had to sign in to be helped. I signed in and waited another 20 minutes or so and was then told that I would have to leave the phone with them for four days before they could get it fixed! They couldn't "trust" that something wouldn't happen between today and the four days before they could get to it to get it fixed. The employee helping me offered to ask the technician if there was any other way. I was told that if I wanted it fixed, I would have to leave the phone (like that is going to happen!). It turns out that the technician in charge was the original employee that talked to me when I walked in the store. Why he couldn't have told me the "leave the phone" policy right from the beginning is beyond me! What a waste of time without any resolution to my problem other than I hope that I will never have to go back to that store again! I will say that Simply Mac is a third party vendor and not an Apple store direct but I still would expect the customer service to be better.

Took my i-phone in to get repaired. Spoke to 3 different employee's 3 different times. Had a few interactions over the phone and email. Still not fixed and after the 7th interaction they want to now charge $140. Been 10 days, still not fixed. Not happy with manager or outcome!
