My experience with Best Buy is always awesome, but this last time, there was only one thing wrong, but it's nothing major, I just purchased an open box monitor, it came with everything except for the other half of the power cable, but I just went back to Best Buy and they gave me one for free. So I will always get my electronics from Best Buy, except for my games, not that there is anything wrong with them at Best Buy, it's just that I buy them from Game Stop, only because the store is called "Game Stop" and I am a Power Up Elite Pro and i get points on everything I buy which can lead to free stuff. But everything at Best Buy is AWESOME! So... go there... NOW!

I spoke with Cody on the sales floor he was very helpful. I would recommend this store and the staff. Today was the 3rd time I have shopped at Best Buy in the last 2 months.
I have been very pleased each time.

Poorly organized and managed. They aren't very good with the logistics of back orders and they improperly stock shelves. Its very easy to pick up the wrong item.  Its sad, i like buying from big box stores, but I see them disappearing eventually, online is just easier and fool proof. ALSO, and worst of all, I tried calling the store three times one day and waited over ten minutes each time and no one answered...EVER...like no one was even there...and they were definitely open...never had an entire store not pick up.

Amazing customer service. I was greeted quickly, was asked pertinent questions about my purchase, I picked what I wanted & someone loaded it into my truck. AND they made sure it was "seatbelted"! Great attention to detail.

We called ahead of time to "John" about a washer they had in stock. We wanted to price match to JC Penney and the guy claimed they could do that but that he was a backroom employee so we'll have to buy from someone on the floor. We get there and the guy says "oh, you must have talked to someone at the 'hub'" ie a call center. Unsurprisingly, they said they couldn't match it. And because of this "hub" they aren't responsible for their screw up. Will never buy from them again. I hope Amazon runs them out even sooner.
