I visited this store to tryg and buy a tablet for my moom for Christmas and the ma  that helped me obviously has no experience working with technology and wasn't able to answer any o f the simple questions I asked him.  When we finally decided which one would be best for my mom he then told me theyh didn't have any in stock so we left frustrated and empty handed.  This was not our first negative experience here and we will not be returning.

Terrible terrible terrible... this is by far the worst customer service ever and I'm not talking about a one time thing. I go back more than a year when it started with our fridge on which we had premium customer service,  it broke down by loosing the full cooling power in the middle of summer and this wasn't the first time so we thought it will be a easy fix like first time where a service guy just switched out the broken piece but instead it was so horrible and took over a month discussing and fighting that we gave up and bought a new one from another store.  And that kinda so called service has not changed till now, whenever we have been this place no matter what product we where up to get it made us regretting that we even though of including this place as option to look so clearly NEVER EVER AGAIN

It's going out of business and the pricing on items are still to high. I understand why they went out of business with those prices.

Went into the store with my 2 year old and 1 year son's, right off the bat I saw the line in the store. People with dissatisfied faced. I searched for assistance for a printer and laptop. Got the manager to get someone. He was very hospitable. The employees were new and need significant training. Long story short, I will never go back again. Too disorganized.

we ordered washer and dryer which we were told will be delivered in a week. Now  its almost been 2 months but we still need to get them delivered. 
When i called them for the status (after calling many times, finally get to talk ) they have no idea when they would receive the products from the manufacturer. Its hard to believe they cannot track their own orders.

I would stay way  from this store. I would suggest the same.
