Went to buy wireless ear buds (high end) wanted a moment to look around and when I was ready to look at them couldn't find sales girl who said she would be in area. Found a group of 3 employees standing around talking, made eye contact several times but no one could be bothered to help. Finally sales girl comes back with a you are bothering me attitude. Walked out and went to Bose store to test said headphones. Bought them, same price as Best Buy but better customer service.

Bought a TV on Black Saturday Night, and got some good insight from one of the employees there (whose name I'm blanking on, though I think it was Sean?). They helped us get our TV in the car that should not have fit, and the whole process was easier than it should've been. Also, the store is clean, well-organized, etc. At the end of the day, it's Best Buy. There's not much more to it than that.

Always finding new and cool things every time I visit. The employees are nice and helpful and the showroom is large with the latest phones and tablets on display

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If you buy anything from the back part of store it can take awhile to complete your transaction. Store is neat and clean in Silverdale.

Can't really go too far off the path. I mean really, your in a Best buy on purpose most likely. I gave a 5 star for product availability and prices their prices be everybody's. But the customer service really Lacks
