Had a complicated, multilevel stereo need. Richard, the sales guy, and Joe, the installer, spent significant time with us, explaining pros and cons of various symptoms. Yes, we did ask to hear the stereo system with various speakers to get the sound we wanted. When all was said and done, Leah helped us, when we had a sudden change of heart. Joe, did a great job installing this complex system and spent a lot of time going through the entire system. He cleaned up his mess and the rig looked better and the system was outstsnding. If you want great customer service, treated well, lots of patience available, and great install, this is the place. Just be sure you listen to different stereos and speakers to find the sound you like best. Kudos out to Joe, for a great job!!

I went to this car toys about 7 years ago, while I was stationed in Bangor, to upgrade my speakers and stereo in my truck. It went well for the most part. About 400 dollars worth of work. Only thing I noticed is that the vent on the driver's side of the dash didn't work. Well many years later and I am now an automotive technician and decided to do a dash cluster swap. I pull the speakers and loosen the dash and find that the vents' plastic has been cut. Not just bent or broken, someone intentionally used a cutting tool to cut a flap out of my vent housing in order to make the speaker fit. If they had told me it wasn't going to fit they could have called me and I would have chosen different speakers. But no they went ahead and cut my vent open, likely assuming that no one would ever pull the dash and find out. Needless to say, I am not very pleased with this type of quality work.

Outstanding sales, customer support and my highest compliments to the install team (special shoutout to Eric...You Rock). Two part install to upgrade my stock 09 Ram 1500 stereo. Eric did all the research ensuring that I got the most killer system despite the multiple changes I threw at him. Thanks to all the Silverdale Car Toys Team!

I won't take my car to anyone else. I did the mistake of going to Extreme Audio for my system in my Toyota and it was a horrible experience. Since then Car Toys has installed systems in about 6 of our cars. If something breaks they fix it and don't blame the customer. I also like that we have the same tech every time we go in. They are actually installing a system in our Dodge Ram as we speak. So yes we are satisfied customers.
