Worst service ever. I was supposed to get my new phone within 3days but Everytime I called them they said they hadn't had it yet. And I made sure if they got it 3times but the answers were always not yet. 2weeks and 3 days later, I got a text message that said my order was cancelled because I didn't come get it. They messed up and told me like everything was my fault. When I went there to pick it up, the phone was there but the order was cancelled so i couldn't get it. Doesn't make sense! And they were still acting so RUDE.

Went in hoping to save money with the program where they buy you out of your previous carrier. Two months later I finally get a bill from Verizon. after trying to contact verizon for a few weeks after switching I gave up. The program only worked within 30 days no exceptions. I feel cheated. I regret switching.

I recently came back from Japan and went to Kitsap Mall's Verizon earlier this week on Tuesday to update my phone plan. In the process, before finalizing my decision, I decided to stop by T-Mobile. I was blown away by the customer service. The guy assisting me (I believe his name was Brandon) not only gave me the iPhone 7 Plus I secretly wanted; he also gave me a HUGE discount off the phone and a few other extra perks. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for the past 4 to 5 years with 2 lines and a pocket wifi in my name. I always pay my account in full. Sometimes I even pay it in advance. Yet they offered me no discount of the sort except a few bucks off a phone upgrade that would disappear when taxes were added to the final bill. I was completely satisfied with T-Mobile's customer first attitude and now I'm proud to say I'm a loyal customer because of that 5 star experience I had in the store.

Totally awesome, helpful and charismatic staff. Been with them since 2009. Never had any issues at all.
