I bought a dryer from this store and they sent an electric dryer instead of a gas dryer. I highly recommend buying washer and dryers from stores with more experienced sales people. Also, consistent with other comments, it is next impossible to get anyone on the phone because of the store's user unfriendly phone tree.

When you get there everyone is wonderful. However, you can't get anyone to answer the phone. We waited a good 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone. We had a follow up question today. I waited over 30 minutes. Finally we drove there. Their were several staff members who did not seem busy. I make it a challenge to you to call and see how long it takes for someone to answer.

Really helpful staff, the shelves were all well stocked. The checkout process was very quick. Ultimately it is not like the other Best Buy's around the country that are run by a bunch of people who don't care just trying to keep a job. I really felt like the people there were trying to do a good job. It was worth the extra few mile drive to get from Crofton to Annapolis vs going to Bowie which is always just a really bad experience when shopping at Best Buy. in the future, I will definitely use this one instead of the one out in Bowie. Clean easy in easy out, everything you need.

Horrible.  Won't even answer the phone.  Customer service is some of the worst I've seen.
