This was the first time we shopped for a TV at The Big Screen Store. We were greeted by Frank White who answered all of our questions. Frank was very knowledgeable about the TVs they sold which made our decision a lot easier on which one was best for us. The entire staff was very professional. Would definitely recommend this store over Best Buy, etc. The Big Screen Store, Annapolis location gets 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ from us. Mike and Wanda D.

Great experience dealing with Frank White.  He listened carefully to our requirements and showcased applicable products with facts, not hype.  Never pressured and ensured best price with discounts within vendor discretion  We've done business with Frank at the Annapolis store for 10 years.  We check competitors, but always return to this store and Frank.

I recently purchased my second Samsung TV from Big Screen Annapolis. I was very pleased with the sales staff who answered my many questions and gave their expert advice.  I felt they truly knew their product which help me decide between two models.  At delivery, a problem was encountered and resolved within minutes. I have received many favorable comments on the 9000 series TV. Thanks to Frank White I am a happy customer who, no doubt, will be back.

The service at this location is fantastic.  They're knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to answer as many questions as you can fire at them.  They've helped us select equipment for two different homes and we'll come straight to them for future purchases.

Normally I would rate the shop/buy a new TV experience right up there with having a tooth pulled. However, today thanks to Terry Shaw at Annapolis Big Screen Store, I am happy to report that it doesn't have to be painful. Simply put, the best shop/ purchase experience.
