We bought multiple appliances for a new home, including all kitchen machines and laundry machines. The appliance sales people were just great with helping us with selection, and arranging delivery. We would absolutely do business with this store again!

I bought a soundbar here on black friday 2016. They could not run my credit card and i waited for almost an hour while various employees tried to call in my payment. Ended up not working so they did a carbon paper trace of my card with a written receipt. The next day i returned the soundbar, and Chris had me leave the bar and told me he would dig their copy of the receipt up and process the refund. I had my receipt and left. I have called chris on 9 occasions trying to get a refund. Chris has not returned a single call and 4 months later i am still out 70 dollars and change. I have called the bank, but they haven't gotten my money back yet.

Always found this HH Greg to have good service. Be ready to haggle over Big ticket items. But they do come down eventually.

I would NOT recommend using this place. We recently purchased a washer /dryer for our 2nd home in Annapolis. Initially tried to purchase over the phone, after reviewing the model with sales person, I was told they do not accept credit card over the phone.?? Then purchased the unit online. Delivery went well. The washer dryer was installed and a week later washer portion broke. After repeated attempts to reach service we finally got a human. I left several messages with the manager and none were returned. Service came and repaired, a week later it was not working again. They came a second time and decided they needed to remove the motor. Finally after several weeks of frustration we canceled the order. When they removed the unit they damaged the water line. A week of a slow drip our living ceiling was destroyed. This company is awful.

Great deals on televisions and washers/ dryers, although don't expect to negotiate the pricing. Also, the restrooms here are disgusting and smell strongly of stale urine.
