Another fine example of very bad service. If you are not a hot and young lady in a sexy dress or short pants, you probably wont find anyone who wants to help you. There were 5 guys staying around and chit chatting in the phone area but not one did came over to ask if I need help. I was just playing with a phone I wanted to get in the near future. Then I had one simple question for the rep and he just came over with a lame answer, just to get rid of me.

I saw a lot of bad reviews regarding the service, but I thought if I got there when it opened I would be OK. I knew what I wanted when I arrived, I was sent to 5 different people before I actually found someone willing to help me. It really is shocking, one guy at the till couldn't have been more dismissive. Sorry best buy, I love your stores but this one is in need of an overhaul.

Purchasing AV equipment online for pick-up from the store, however every time I call to speak to someone about my order and the date of pick-up for the $2,000+ purchase NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, EVER. Reading the reviews helped me realize that they are not concerned with costumer service.  How does management allow for such flagrant disrespect to its clients? Corporate better take a good look at their employees at South Beach store and step up their game hiring folks who care and value their job or lose costomer$.

The Staff shoves you to talk to other people they don't know the answers to.  After being passed around you eventually find someone with the knowledge to help answer your questions. They are ok
