I would advise that before making any major purchase at this place,  I would advise you try to get in touch with customer service.  This will show you that tremendous risk you are taking by purchasing from them.
I had been a customer of theirs for a long time until there was an issue.  

They have good prices but not work the headaches.  After being told that my fridge would be delivered in the morning, I received a call that it would now be delivered between 5-8 PM.  Joe Martinez, (the store manager) told me he would issue me a refund and hung up the phone on me.  I am still spending many hours on the phone trying to get my own money back.  Hopefully I will get it back.

We were the very last customers on a Saturday night. And the personal in the store were extremely patience and helpful towards us. No rush or attitudes expressed. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

This place is a dump. Looks extremely messy and the employees are worse than car sales people and 90% of them can't speak English. Pretty sure they will go out of business soon. The place doesn't aspire any confidence that they'll be around for years to come so I wouldn't recommend it. Most of these pictures are from their high end audio section and it looks like a dump.

It's like going to purchase a used car that just got a car wash and wrapped in new packaging. Best buy and even Walmart, places where you can't negotiate has better service and quality then this company.

Awful customer service.  Their return policy is becoming a joke. Receipts say one thing, and they don't honor their promises.  I've been shopping at BrandSmart for 5 years and I've never had any issue before. So, beware of false advertising with products guaranty. On the other hand, they sell high quality appliances.
