What a joke. Can't even get anyone on the phone to check on a delivery. Automated service then a transfer, then a hold, then another transfer. Still no answers. Probably the worst delivery service ever. Edit: And now I find out 1 hour after promised delivery after I've been on the phone for an house that will not be getting my appliance and that the Mt Juliet store should have called to notify that my appliance wasn't coming because it never made it in time for the delivery. So now, after waiting over 9 hours for a delivery (their delivery window is 8am-4pm) I still have no delivery a d can't get anyone on the phone to try and reschedule. This will be the last time I shop with Best buy. Glad Amazon and Home Depot for has everything in stock and can make their promised delivery.

Great in store service. Warehouse and dispatching for appliance delivery is less than great. Told would be first delivery on multiple deliveries which didn't happen. Appliances came damaged so I had to wait another week since they "dont keep it in stock". Even though they keep the model on display. Then I am told on another purchase of an appliance that I would again be "first on the schedule from 8-12". I wait all day and turns out for some reason they scheduled me for 8-12 on the haul away and 12-4 on the delivery. Very dissatisfied with their delivery service. You may as well pick it up if you want anything in a timely manner.

After spending over $10k on appliances at best buy including geek squads, my oven door broke and I have been fighting with them for over a year to fix it. They refuse to fix it saying that my 2 year old must have sat on the oven door! really? They told me my only solution on fixing a 1 year old brand new oven is to buy a brand new one! I will never buy another thing from best buy.

Went in there because the OS of the IPhone I bought in there crashed. The salesperson said he had "Good news" for me, and that was I only owed $450. So all I had to do was pay that off & get a new one. I asked if I should bring the phone to an Apple store and was told there wasn't anything they can do that he hadn't tried. Unsure of what I wanted to do I left and noticed the Verizon store so went in to find out what they had to say, and it turned out the phone was still under manufacturers warranty and received and brand new for zero cost. Just a bunch of scam artists in Best Buy!

I usually enjoy going to this store, as they are knowledgeable and willing to demonstrate products, and typically have good overall customer service. That was until my most recent visit... I was purchasing a game for my Xbox One, which was recently on sale as part of the cyber week promotions. As that time has passed, I was amazed see the game I wanted still marked down at the lower price when I went yesterday. When I went to buy it, it rang up full price. I told the cashier about the lower price tag that was with the games, so he called his manager, and the manager said that it was a mistake, and the game was back at full price. (Most places would go ahead and honor the lower price, as it’s their fault, and then fix the issue to prevent further confusion). That was fine, and I told the cashier that I could get the game at GameStop for the lower price. He said, “oh wait if you can show me the ad for GameStop I might be able to price match”, so I pulled it up on my phone and showed him. He then had to call the manager to the front to verify and the manager said that he would not honor the price because GameStop is selling the new version of the game for less than the pre-owned version (a $10 difference, and is that way because the maker of the game controls the new price, and GameStop controls the used prices), and almost seemed to be accusing me of making this up, when In fact he took my phone and was looking at the website himself. I told him I wasn’t going to purchase it there for full price when I could go across the street and get it at GameStop for half of what they are charging, to which he responded, “yeah you might want to do that because this seems wrong and I’m not going to honor the price match here”. THEY HAVE A FREAKING PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE!!! I’m a rewards elite member and have spent tons of money here, and to be talked down to by someone that is in a prominent customer service position makes me not want to spend another penny in here.
