Terrible service. Sales associate was extremely slow and unhelpful. He had to constantly ask his manager for help when placing a simple order for an appliance. Another associate kept coming over to correct him on everything he was telling us, we didn't know who to listen to. We ordered a washer and dryer and put in for a delivery date for Friday of that week. We got a confirmation email on Thursday confirming the delivery date and time frame. Then we get a phone call on Friday morning stating that they DO NOT HAVE THE WASHER AND DRYER. Why did they wait till the day of delivery to tell us this? Now we have nothing to wash our clothes with and have to rush out to find a way to wash our clothes. Their service is HORRIBLE. We went to Best Buy and got what we wanted IN MINUTES for a MUCH cheaper price and with no hassle. This place is an absolute joke. Stay far far away.

Called four different times during business hours today to check availability on a big order. Let it ring 2+ minutes each time. No one ever answered. Taking my business to Best Buy.

Good experience got a tv, sectional and a table and chairs. It is true they are slow and constantly have to ask the manager for information (that's why 4 stars) got everything I wanted on the day they promised. They offer to inspect everything you ordered incase of defects so they can take care of it immediately. The manager was nice and even though we didn't get the delivery, offered to hold onto to the stuff at the store until we paid for delivery if we wanted to. Will definitely be going back for future appliances!

DO NOT waste your time with this store if you value your mental health. Over a year ago I attempted to buy several tv's from HH Gregg in Mt. Juliet and was met with repeated incompetence and disappointment. I opened an account to receive 10% off my purchase only to find out they didn't have the tv I wanted in stock anymore. Decided to comparison shop on another tv, found the same model on sale on Amazon. Went back to HH Gregg to price match match and purchase the the 70" TV and the salesman said "no". As I begin to talk he again says "no" then says with a giggle "no, no f**kin, way man. They won't let me knock off $300." YES HE USED THE "F" WORD IN FRONT OF MY DAUGHTER, while interrupting me. I called corporate several times, when finally contacted back, it was to take a survey on future better customer service. What the hell? There is no one in upper management or authority to complain to. I dare you to try.. :( On January 25, I go back into HH Gregg (like an idiot!) and price match an Xbox one gears of war bundle edition, plus get my 10% off I never used. They agreed; "Not a problem, sir." I wanted to put cash down with it to lower my payments so I returned the very next day, only to be told by an Amish looking salesman, that there is no way they can price match the Xbox one and walks away. He was done with me. I asked the other old man salesman (that the Amish salesman had left me with) for my 10% discount. He says "no, sir". I asked "what?, Why?" and the old man salesman said; "He's the boss, sir." WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT MEAN!??. So after hours of wasted time, energy, and numerous phone calls.. I am without a tv, Xbox one, and any 10% discount I was promised for opening an instore card. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. I AM WARNING YOU. Good luck to all and happy shopping anywhere else.
