I have an opinion that usually all best buys are the same. I usually feel like the "experts" know less than I do. The employees are either driving you nuts when you want left alone or can't be found when you need them and the selection in store is very unpredictable at best.

This location was different. From the guy greeting you coming and checking receipts going, and the guy who actually listened to what I wanted and gave me real answers to help me decide and finally made the sale, to The the manager who came to make sure I was getting what I wanted and had a good experience even though it was almost 30 minutes after closing.  Everything about it made it a better best buy.

So regardless of what I finally decide about what I bought, the store and employees get the 5 star rating.

Horrible customer service. Was guaranteed delivery of my washer dryer if I went with Best Buy and canceled my order with Home Depot - delivery with Best Buy was a no show and now they are delaying things another 4 days and no one at the store can help me. I took time off of work once, and unfortunately I do not have the luxury to miss more - will never purchase anything with Best Buy again.

I was surprised and thoroughly impressed by the hard work and dedication of all of the phone (verizon) experts that helped me out (especially Sean, thank you!). Patient, kind, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to see everybody win. Oh also it was Black Friday -- they handled it like PROS.

Called the store to ask about a product, was told  I would have to go to the store and speak with a sales associate.  She said “I’m just the phone operator”.  What is it, then, that you do, dear phone operator?   Other than that this is a nice Best Buy.

I went into Best Buy to purchase some headphones. Didn't end up buying anything but really had a great experience with the salesman Christian. He didn't pressure me into buying anything and gave me great advice about all the different headphones at Best Buy had to offer. Would highly recommend asking Christian for help when you go there
