Above and beyond customer service tonight at Denver West!  

I stopped to purchase 3 Amazon Dot's.,  where I was met by store greeter who quickly directed me to the proper area.

  There I was greeted by Michelle, a very nice associate who did a fine job of answering basic questions, while another associate Connor over heard that I needed more items than were on the shelf.  He searched the store and found one more and between the two of them, they patiently answered all my questions plus more that I hadn't thought of! 

 Then Michelle offered to show me the door bell/camera security system while another associate, Jimmy, approached and assisted her. 

 I told Jimmy I came to purchase 3 'dots' and he suggested I try the Google Home Mini which  he felt has better sound quality by personal experience. 

 Michelle stayed close to be sure I had all my questions answered,and all three associates could not have been more pleasant or more helpful, PLUS,,, I left with a product that is possibly better than what I came for, AND, for the same cost!    

Please recognize these 3 individuals as they are each 'outstanding' and especially Michelle as she is learning, and she did did her very best to learn from our conversations so she can be even more knowledgeable, the 'next' time I come to shop!  

Again, a big thank you to Michelle, Connor and Jimmy!

Best buy is not what it use to be not only that but there over priced. I can either go to Walmart or Amazon for cheaper I don't mind waiting for shipping since I'm saving 40$ each time. It's nice that they price match Amazon only but if I can find it 100$ cheaper still on Amazon but not sold by Amazon you would think Best buy would come down on the price a bit nope your wrong they want to go bankrupt in this day and age.

Worse customer service, I was browsing phones, all associates ignored me. It was so embarrassing, one alarm when off nobody apologize the associate only said they were charger sensitive. Next time, I'll buy in Amazon, way less hassle!

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of the young man that proactively helped us. While shopping for cellular phones today.  My daughter, 18, approached 3 associates and asked where the iPhone headphones were located. All 3 completely ignored her. Didn't even look in her direction and she was standing directly by each of them. We are African American so it makes it even more insulting that someone would treat my daughter this way. Not only did we purchase an $850 phone but also chargers, cases, accessories, and finally the headphones that the young gentleman that was helping me told her were they where. One young man in this store definitely knows what good customer service is.

Seems like the only help you get is from a Direct TV sales rep...I see why most purchase of Blu Rays and games is done online.Most other retail chains offer what they have and cheaper...will not miss them if they go out of business.
