I took my wife to Best Buy to buy an Apple watch for her birthday. The associate was very helpful and guided her through the process to upgrade her phone and get the watch. She is not a techie so his help was key to making a successful purchase. She is really happy with the purchase. Best of all, I do not have to do tech support.  :)

Went here to price shop some ovens. This was the last stop of four. Of the four places this was the only one where I was approached and asked if I needed assistance in fact I was asked a couple of time. The first guy was really helpful asked me what I was looking for and even printed off the specs of each model that matched my needs. He was very helpful and spent more time than needed to ensure I happy with my options even though it was busy and black Friday week. I will be buying my stove from here!

I was there the Saturday after black Friday. As you can imagine the place was packed! But I have to say I was impressed with the amount of staff they had brought in and had several checkout locations to help get you out quicker!... They also had staff to specifically point out registers that were open!... I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! The only thing I believe I could point out as a negative would be that with all the added volume of products that needed to be on hand plus the added volume of customers... It did make it harder to navigate the store!... But I understand it's just something that goes with the time of year.

I really like best buy they have pretty good prices live to CD shop here. Just got a very cool cell phone here. The Samsung galaxy s8 active. Very good customer service. Even on black Friday they had there stuff together. Very nice.

Come to this location a handful of times and I am not impressed. The person at the front that is their loss prevention should usually be very friendly due to the fact they are the first person to greet you as you enter the store. They seem to act put out. Walked by an employee with a big beard and said hello and he looked at me looked down then walked away. Pretty weak way to treat your customers. I know they may not take it seriously, but I do. Treat your customers well and it'll reflect in the numbers both foot traffic and sales. Client experience is number one should not be treated like it is not.. My one positive is during black friday they were well staffed and handled the lines very well to avoid confrontation. Also seem to be well stocked with products!
