The customer service is wonderful. I love all the beautiful displays they have created in the store for demoing products. A few of them were not hooked up properly and that should be a priority but overall this is where I like to shop and demo products. Another great addition is that they also have a separate display store for high-end TVs with more natural lighting so people are not buying just based on brightness. I am a big fan and it gives so much more realistic representation of what people will be seeing.

Their prices are now competitive. The location is convenient and the ability to get what I want immediately is important. A home run really if they can improve and lengthen their return time.

walked around for a long time trying to get help with finding an item. after they said they had it, they didn't. majority of employees were teenage looking and acting boys. wasn't real impressed. but best buy does have a usually good variety

Ordering from Best Buy online sucks--i was appalled at how their online store is set up--half of the gifts I bought online--having clicked the "ship to" over and over (and even put in my several recipients individual addresses) on each gift I ordered--over half ended up, after paying online, as "pick up in store"--i mean--one recipient I'd ordered 3 items--one ended up as shipping-to their address, the other item ended up as a pick up in store item, the other went into another recipients order. I went to the store,--though I didn't have time or I'd have done that from the beginning--and at least the customer service at this store totally knew what I was taking about and easily and quickly fixed everything in my for me--i was shocked and amazed and so pleased that it got resolved. But, won't ever order from Best Buy online, again--I'll use Amazon--who has this all figured out already.

This is the only Best Buy in Colorado I will ever go to. The customer service is superb and they have gone out of their way to help me on more occasions than I can count on one hand. Great management from Kevin the store manager and all the other employees. Thank you for you all of your dedication and hard work!
