"Can I answer any questions for you!?" "Can I help you find something!?" "Are you looking for something in particular!?" I think the staff members have an implant that will kill them if you the customer do not let them help you with something. Do them a favor, come in prepared with a question. In case you are having trouble thinking of some, I have prepared a few: 

"What is the square root of 29?"
"How much is a television?"
"Could you perhaps tell me the time?"
"Are you here of your own free will? Blink twice if you need help."
"Can I buy a telephone machine here?"
"What day of the week is it?"

I bought a laptop here. I chose it after about a week of research and they had it in the configuration I wanted for the cheapest price. It took about 4 minutes.

Friendly knowledgeable staff large selection of most   brand-name electronics that you need all in one place. Best Buy has been around for years. They’re typically good for offhand things that you need electronically. But most the time if you’re intentionally going there to find something specific chances are it will be out of stock. I love their price match feature. Customer service can be hit or miss but generally speaking they are well-intentioned. Again if there something that you need specifically I would suggest calling ahead save your self the gas money.

I love this store .from selections to the staff, it meets my geek needs. Sometimes just an honest answer like, 'I don't know but let me get someone who can help" is all I need instead of chasing around for things they don't have.
Love love love being greeted at by both the door with available directions when needed, and by the cashier's making eye contact and smiling at you instead of their phones on your way out.
Miss having more music in the store than online, kills my spontaneous purchases.

These guys are great and the service is top notch. You do have to be careful buying phone or laptop chargers and things like that here...They tend to gouge a bit.  Their return policy is simple and I have never had a problem here.

Always competitive pricing and huge selection. This store is one of their smaller locations but males it nice and easy to get in and out as quick as you need. Always staff to help when needed.
