I bought my phone here but the camera stopped working within 4 months. no one could help me. they sent me over to the Geek Squad & they couldn't help me either. I got very frustrated. I still now have a phone with no camera 3 months later. I'm just gonna have to go buy a whole new phone.

In the last year I've bought a laptop and a new TV from Bestbuy in Salem. The guy who sold me my laptop was very good, explained the various models well, never pushy, showed me a model that was a great value. I researched the TV I wanted ahead of time and bought it online with a store pickup. The price was great, better than Amazon. As an aside, while waiting to pickup my TV, I noticed the was a long checkout line with only a single cashier. There were a number of clerks in the area. It seems to me poor management to not to have opened a second cashier.

This location feels like Best Buy leftovers. Small selection, warehouse feeling too the store. Friendly, helpful people, but the store itself is poorly stocked. Examples: exactly 1 make and model of gfx card, and 1 CPU cooler (a liquid cooler unit) in the whole store; other best buys have many. Printer selection here is smaller than at Target.

Of i could give this store and the other salem store a negative 5 i would. According to the associates at both places once the phone boxes are open they are used. So 99.9% of there samsung phones are "used". When the associates open the boxes. HORRIBLE COMPANY. All the way around. Cant call corporate about issues they keep sending you to different departments. Suggestion best buy , train your workers how to talk to customers and teach them about your policies instead of telling customers what they want to hear.

Just stopped in to get a replacement battery for my iphone. Had an appointment however the battery was out of stock. They offered to order one however they claimed the batteries are sold first come first serve. They could not hold it for me until a future appointment. Nor would they call me when it came in. I would have to call before my appointment to see if they had it. This might be the worst customer service experience I’ve had in ages. And they wonder why their business is going down the drain. I’m glad I didn’t waste too much time looking at laptops. I will definitely NOT be buying a new laptop at Best Buy.
