Excellent pricing, customer service and never out of stock. I do not order online because I love visiting the hro. Really cool radios and various other equipment on display. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I wasn't ready to buy that day, but wanted to try out several radios.  The sales person was knowledgeable and helpful.  There is a lot of equipment on hand for demo, and a good selection of accessories.

Very friendly staff, great stock/selection of equipment. Not the easiest to spot from the road, it's in the corner of the plaza and depending on which direction you approach from, you may never see the sign. Definitely worth stopping in!

There are about 4 employees working here. It was interesting because one employee mentioned that for system Fusion there are alot of repeaters in the New Hampshire are but they are not connected. I decided against DStar which seems kind of gimmicky and the instructions are awful.
