Four months ago I was unsure of service I wanted to keep changing from verizon (14years) to T-Mobile( big mistake), I was talked into a unlocked phone so that if I didn't like the service I choose I could easily swap over without having to purchase multiple phones if I spend $$$extra on this unlocked version so I spent the extra on it and GOT SCAMMED BY A KID NAMED PATRICK.I went to change over service to Verizon and I cant its not compatible with thier service. So I was taken advantage of when they sold this to me with the intentions of saving. Now I'm going to be forced to purchase phone that will work with Verizon and they told me go online and seek a new phone its prob cheaper. Nice business

Choose this place if you're looking for a new case or screen protector. After having to get my phone replaced at the Apple Store due to a software glitch in the latest IOS update, I was a bit disappointed to find out that I'd have to buy a new screen protector, especially with the small and overpriced selection provided in there. After figuring I’d just get another one of those cheap ones off amazon, I decided I’d atleast take a look around the Best Buy Mobile store across the hall. The two guys in there both greeted me as I walked in, and after hearing about my situation, they thoroughly explained the difference between the tempered glass, PET and TPU versions. The selection was a bit out of my price range though, and as I thanked them and began walking out, the associate manager offered to give me a discount, and to do the screen application free of charge. Working in retail myself, that was an offer I couldn't refuse. I appreciated the service I received here today, and would reccomend buying these in store, the service provided is well worth the price.
