It was in bad shape, from employees that didn't know what they were doing or even understood to be professional. 
To equipment, like the speaker selector being shorted out. All the way down to the reason I was there which was to get an S Pen that the website said they had, and they did not, nor did they care.
 I'm not trying to be hard on them because they're trying to make money and phone stuff is hot. But I can't understand for the life of me how no one in that store that I talk to you had any knowledge of what an On The Go cable is. That's really consumers fault.

Very helpful getting my daughter's new phone set up. Very short wait just a couple days before Christmas. New policy for that. They have a staff member at the phone desk. She checks the number of customers ahead of you and gives you a pager. Just like a restaurant. So we did a lot of shopping rather than standing in line. Good move Best Buy.

I was wanting to purchase a MacBook Pro, but no one seemed to be concerned that I was even looking at them. I stood in one place by the Macs for at least 10 minutes and neither of the available associates (3 if I remember) even acknowledged my presence or interest. I Left...never to return.

Standing in the store. No help after 15 minutes. Called the store from inside the store  to get help. Still no help. And the guy on the phone didn't know what an Apple watch series 2 was. This was after I had a number pressing marathon on my phone from their terrible phone trap. So I couldn't get any customer service in the store or on the phone.

I had an issue that was no fault of the store that was professionally handled by the store manager Aj and the great delivery drivers who went well above and beyond what I expected.  Just want others to hear how amazing this store is!  Thanks soo much!
